You may use the Site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or submitting false, unlawful, or malicious content.

Site content — including descriptions, timelines, pricing ranges, and examples — is general information only. It is not a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of results.

All project work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement — including its terms for scope, fees, and the transfer of full code and intellectual-property ownership to the client — controls over these terms.

The Site and its content, including the FORGE name, logo, design, text, and graphics, are owned by FORGE or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Client-owned work delivered under an engagement belongs to the client as set out in that agreement.

When you send us information through the Site, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send confidential information until a mutual NDA is in place.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FORGE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold FORGE harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FORGE is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
